CLUE or C.L.U.E. Reports
The C.L.U.E. Report is the only report available specifically tailored to satisfy Section 7B of the Residential Purchase Agreement, and only discloses the 5 year insurance loss history of the home the buyer is purchasing. Unlike all other related reports, the C.L.U.E. Risk Only Report does not display any of the seller’s personal information (i.e. social security #, date of birth, and credit score.)

The C.L.U.E. database contains the most accurate and reliable loss history information, with 99% of insurance companies submitting loss/claims information; only 60% contributes to the other known source.
The C.L.U.E. Risk Only Report is the only fully insured insurance loss history report available, offering 48 hour delivery via phone, fax, and the web.
